What is the difference between Microsoft Office 2019/2021 and Microsoft 365?
Office 2019/2021 is a one-time purchase, which means you pay a single, up-front cost to get Microsoft apps for one computer. One of the benefits of choosing Office 2019/2021 is that these licenses never expire. You have a perpetual right to use this license, you do not have this with Microsoft 365/Office 365. You will need to pay only in case you want to upgrade to the next major release, otherwise, you can use it as long as you want.Microsoft 365 is a subscription that comes with apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access (Publisher and Access are available on PC only), plus services like 1 TB of OneDrive storage, 60 Skype minutes per month.
